Shipping Terms & Conditions
Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment status of their package and providing the correct, complete shipping address. A confirmation email is sent to all customers immediately after an order is placed — please check this email carefully for any mistakes in your shipping information.
Rivayaat is not responsible for unclaimed packages, or packages lost/delayed due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer. If a package is returned to us (including due to missed pickup, unclaimed package, or incorrect address), the customer must pay additional postage plus a 25% penalty charge for re-shipment.
Note: Returned packages can take 4–8 weeks minimum to make their way back to our facility. The package must be physically returned to us before re-shipment or a partial refund can be issued.
Freight Forwarding Services: Rivayaat is not responsible for any damage to products caused by freight forwarding companies such as Aramex, myUS.com, or similar services. If you use a freight forwarder, you are responsible for advising them that our products are packaged in glass containers and must be repackaged exactly as originally shipped from our facility if opened for inspection.
Shipping Origin & Processing Time
All Rivayaat orders ship from Houston, Texas, USA.
We take approximately 1–3 business days to process and prepare your order before it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday. All transit times listed below are approximate and begin once your order has shipped — not from the date of purchase.
Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
5–7 Business Days
Standard shipping via USPS. Includes tracking information. No additional duties or tariffs apply to domestic US orders.
7–14 Business Days
Standard shipping via FedEx. Includes tracking information. Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
2–4 Weeks
Standard shipping via FedEx to select countries (UK, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, and others).
International packages may be held at customs, resulting in delays beyond our control. This may affect your final delivery date, and we are unable to expedite or influence customs processing times in any country.
Duties, Tariffs & Import Fees
All orders shipped outside of the country of origin (United States) may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees as determined by the destination country's customs laws.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Rivayaat does not control, calculate, or have the ability to predict what charges, if any, will be applied to your order. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country, and any additional charges imposed by customs authorities must be paid by the recipient in order for the package to be released and delivered.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by your destination country. Customers are not compensated if they refuse to accept a package due to customs fees charged on it.
