By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that:

Statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent authority in any jurisdiction.
3. Pricing and Payment
•Prices are displayed in your selected currency. While we support multiple currencies for display, all transactions are processed in USD. We are not responsible for conversion fees charged by your provider.
•We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
•Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
•Sale prices and promotional offers are valid only during the stated promotional period. Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
4. Orders and Contract
•Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it does not constitute a binding contract until we accept and confirm your order.
•An order confirmation email is a confirmation of receipt only. A binding contract is formed when payment is confirmed and processed.
•We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders.
•Once confirmed and processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled, except as outlined in our Return Policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
•Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
•Rivayaat™ is not responsible for carriers delays, customs processing, or weather events.
•Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
•International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes — these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is governed by our Return Policy page, incorporated herein by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Return Policy. Key terms include:
•Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus 15% restocking fee).
•Opened products are eligible for store credit only (minus 15% restocking fee).
•UK and International returns are subject to the terms outlined on our Return Policy page.
7. Subscriptions
•Subscription orders are processed automatically on your chosen schedule.
•By purchasing a subscription, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until cancellation.
•You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your dashboard before the next order processing date.
•Subscription pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
8. Rivayaat Rewards™ and Affiliate Program
•Participation is subject to the specific terms of each program, available on their respective pages.
•Points and rewards have no cash value and are valid for 12 months from the date earned.
•We reserve the right to cancel, adjust, or expire balances in cases of fraud, program manipulation, or violation of these Terms.
•Affiliate commissions are subject to clawback in the event of returns, chargebacks, or violations.
9. User Accounts and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at help@rivayaat.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.
10. User-Submitted Content
By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or social media tags, you grant Rivayaat™ Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in any media, including for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes the right to use your name or social handle in connection with your content.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, product descriptions, copy, photography, logos, brand names, and proprietary system names (including Hybrid Infusion Cycle™, Triple Rosemary Complex™, Triple DHT Defense System™, Dual Fenugreek Matrix™, Rivayaat Rewards™, and Roots & Rewards™) — is the exclusive property of Rivayaat™ Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, submit false or fraudulent information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or crawl data, or engage in any manipulation of our Rivayaat Rewards™ or affiliate program.
13. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Rivayaat™ products are cosmetic formulations, not medical treatments. Information on our website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always perform a patch test before full application.
Contraindications
DHT Defense™ is contraindicated during pregnancy due to the presence of saw palmetto, which has documented hormonal activity. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical concerns.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rivayaat™ Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our products.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rivayaat™ Co. and its founder, officers, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of products, or fraudulent activity.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, under the American Arbitration Association rules.
Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis — you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Any claim must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises or be permanently barred.
UK, Canadian, and Australian customers' statutory consumer rights remain protected under their respective national laws.
17. Electronic Communications
By using our website, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, notifications, and promotional emails (where opted-in). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" or contacting us at help@rivayaat.com.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping & Handling policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rivayaat™ Co. with respect to your use of our website and purchase of our products.
